So what am I expected to pay with this new Health Care Plan?

So when I was shopping for private insurance a few months ago, I got to speaking with one of the represenatives of this insurance company I was looking into. She asked me a few questions about my medical past (if I have any heart conditions, high blood pressure, or asthma) to which I answered no. I was also asked if I excersize regularly and the answer was yes. The last time I felt I really needed to go to a doctor was over a year ago. In short I’m a pretty healthy person. Well she recommended a smaller insurance package that actually cost $100 less than what they advertised, which covered medical care if I had maybe an accident but also cut out a lot of things like Mammograms and regular blood tests and put less coverage on perscription drugs that I don’t need.

So where I’m going with this is that with private insurance I have several options to decrese my cost. Will the government’s insurance plan have the same thing?
Just so everyone’s clear since some people don’t seem to understand:

1. I’m aware of public option
2. I’m not asking for insurence advise. (Well you should consider this option anyway because one time my husband had the flu… blah blah blah). All I can say is, sucks to be you, and I doubt this bill solve the problem of people getting sick.
3. I already know the bill isn’t law yet.

What I am asking is if there’s an option where I can choose to pay less because I don’t need things like mammograms and regular blood tests. Why should I pay the same as someone who has high blood pressure? That’s what I’m asking.
