Moving out???16???illinois???

okay heres the story.
Im 16 years old. I will be getting my high school diploma in may of 2010. I will still be 16 when i graduate and im planning to move out with my boyfriend ( age 18)…. in the Summer probably August of 2010. And i will still be 16. The reason for moving out is because my school that i want to attend is right by the apartment we want and its more suitable than my home right now.

The questions i ask are:

Is it legal, my parents are giving me permission to.?
or if its not the would emancipate me

Will my moms health insurance cover me still since im in school?

Btw i live in illinois.
there is no campus its a cosmetology school

I was having lots and lots of pain during intercourse with my boyfriend for about 3 weeks. So 2 weeks ago i go to the OBGYN and get checked out.. A couple of days later i get a call, and my nurse is telling me I have Chlamydia. So on the 3rd of this month, in order to take the antibiotics I had to take it infront of the doctor.

My boyfriend does not have health insurance, and every health department around here charges around $180-$350 just for the screening, and we know for sure since i have it, he now has it, or has had it for awhile now and gave it to me. I understand most of the time, men do not have symptons, he has not.

There is only one health department around here who does not charge for the testing, but all they did was a blood test.. which can not show up chlamydia..

So since i have health insurance, i went to the beach care today and tried to get checked again to give my boyfriend the antibiotics they per-scribe to me. But instead of it going the way i planned, they checked me again, took blood, and gave me a shot!! The doctor said i had lots and lots of discharge, but i was wondering, will i be ok since i took the antibiotics and then a week later got a shot?

Its a sucky situation since the main health department here never knows what they’re doing.. its been weeks and we still have not received a call :S

If the govt forced you to buy 85% coverage health insurance policy for $150 a month, would you object?

If the govt forces you to buy that plan….and another one for your spouse and two for your two children at rate of $30 each….for a grand total of $360 total per month for your family of 4……

If the govt forces this on you….would you cry foul????? why?????
