to pay for his health care “reform”? why tax someone whose health insurance plan costs over $9,000 a year but who earns say $60,000 a year? Why would Obama not instead leave that poor working stiff alone and place a health care payroll tax on people who make over $300,000 a year?

Why does Obama prefer to stick it to the working stiffs while having an obvious aversion to taxing the rich?
