First article is about employers who provide health care talking about the taxes and burdens that will be placed on them from the new proposed health plan and how it will require a reduction in wages, jobs, and hours, according the the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. (which health care from work is currently extremely cheap and has complete coverage).

Second article talks about non employee health insurance, that the same organization which Obama trusts to do un bias research has also claimed that those outside of job based plans would expect to see a 10% increase to the costs of their plans.

Is it loony to be somewhat fearful of the current change in progress?

Do you think small scale tests within states should be tried first?

What are your thoughts on this?

I do not watch the show but hear about it all the time from other people and even supposedly real 'news' shows. Who frickin cares, why do people care about these spoiled rich, no talent brats? Why don't they do something worthy with their luck of being blessed to be born into wealth...like helping the poor, teaching people or helping people to live green to help save the planet, raising money for research to cure cancer, aids or any other catastrophic disease? Anything except their self indulgent life of self promotion. They are right down there with Paris Hilton, and all the dozens of other stupid reality "stars" with no talent. The world climate and environment is in crisis, we need to get some kind of health INSURANCE reform, people are dying for wars over OIL when we should be conserving our water because that is what will be the next cause of war...very soon. Alternative energy options, green jobs.....If you think I am wrong, just Google H.A.A.R.P. (they are actually bending the ionosphere to Change the weather patterns-weather warfare) and 'The Truth About The Pickens Plan' ("green-washing" building giant wind power mills while actually buying up all the water and land rights so TBoone Pickens can be the very first water tycoon owning the Ogallala water aquifer http://www.waterencyclopedia.com/Oc-Po/Ogallala-Aquifer.html and check out: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=70HFEHB6dag ), the coal ash spill in Tenn./worse environmental disaster in US history http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ekoWkRx9K8M&feature=player_embedded .....
Why do conservatives assume that the public option will be "free"?

I've been reading a lot of questions about health insurance reform, and a lot of conservatives say (and rightly so) that if the government offers a "free" option, the private health insurers will be driven out of business. Where are they getting their information from? There is no plan to offer free medical insurance to everyone. Don't these people know about Google?
