what health care insurance company will sell to a patient with preexisting cancer condition?

anyone know a good health insurance company that sells insurance for preexisting cancer patient? i was denied of by anthem blue because they would not cover the medication i use (arimidex), i need to look for a health insurance that is not medicaid from california (state that i live in). i am self employed therefore there is no way for me to get a health plan with a company or where i work. can someone help me, because i have been diagnose with cancer 5 years ago..and now my doctor said i have a tumor in my neck, but i’m waiting for medical (state medicaid, i have that right now, but its very bad) to approve for a scan to see if the tumor is malignant and its been more than 3 months since a request for a scan have been turned in…therefore i cant wait for medical help anymore but find another way, the tumor is getting bigger…so i need to act fast. please if someone know a insurance company that sell insurance for someone in my case please let me know. i appreciate it alot. thanks!
