In the video he says that he would never fine people for not being able to afford insurance then goes on to say that insurance would be made affordable for everyone. So I have two quests.
1. When he says that insurance would be made affordable for everyone is he talking about his gov. run option?
2. If so, does that mean that people who can’t afford private insurance either have to accept his government run health care plot or pay this fine?
