oregon health plan for my soon to be born baby?

hi,
i am 17 going to be 18 next feb. my insurance covers the baby only for 31 days after the baby is born and after those days he will no longer be covered. i will be covered by my fathers insurance as long as i stay in college up till i am 21. my fathers insurance might not be able to cover my baby after the 31 days…i want to apply for the Oregon health plot but i am worried they might charge my boyfriend when really he is my provider rite now, he is 18. i want my baby to be covered but were and how? can someone please help me its driving me crazy…
