Fidelity Investments Employees Health Benefits?

I just received an offer today from Fidelity Investments. The recruiter was going over the benefits. She informed me that Fidelity has two different health insurance plans. One is an HMO with Aetna which is $100 per paycheck….and they pay you once a week. So is this right…they charge $400 per month for insurance for a person who won’t have ANY dependents?

She said the PPO (I’m not sure if it’s with Aetna) is $59-$100 per paycheck as well

Can anyone confirm this? This seems very high! I’m working for a large bank now and I pay only $110 per month for health, vision, and dental
